Netherlands East Indies Mobilized Order of Battle Netherlands East Indies Naval Forces 12 December 1941 An exact administrative order of battle for 8 December 1941 is virtually impossible to present, as the Netherlands East Indies had been mobilizing since 30 November 1941, and were not finished until 12 December 1941.

 

Netherlands East Indies Naval Forces (Zeemacht Nederlands-Indië). Upon mobilitatzion, all naval forces in the Netherlands East Indies (NEI) were subordinated to the Officer Commanding, Naval Forces of the NEI. In peacetime, these forces had consisted of two individual and separate parts, namely the Royal Netherlands Navy, represented by its East Indies Squadron, and the Netherlands East Indies Colonial Government, with its Maritime Authority, the Dienst der Scheepvaart.
