NOTES:
The Stab, 10. Panzer-Division was raised on 1.04.1939 and consisted only of a Headquarters, Panzer Division plus the 90. Nachrichten-Kompanie [Signal Company], raised especially for it. The formation was expanded to full Panzer Division size by incorporating the Panzerverband Kemp (although without the SS components) and other units, starting in October 1939.
